Notes: If you are in the mood for a great refreshing summer time beer, then this is a wonderful choice. It is low on alcohol and easy drinking, perfect for a hot summer day. This is an ale but greatly benefits from a secondary lagering process. Try to let it lager for at least 4 weeks and if possible for 6; the less yeast in suspension, the clearer the color and the cleaner the taste.
