• West Coast Brewer Session American Pale Ale All Grain Beer Recipe

I brewed this Session Pale Ale first in the summer of 2013 and it came out so good that I had to share it. It is a perfect warm weather beer! It is low in alcohol at right about 5% ABV but it packed with malt flavor, a full hop profile and tempting aroma. It requires dry hoping, but aside from that is an easy to brew all grain beer that I am sure you will enjoy.

Notes: If you like Pale Ales, this beer is a must brew. Depending on your brew house efficiency, the original gravity should be right about 1.05 - 1.053 and your ABV should land right around the 5% mark. After a little conditioning the beer comes out wonderfully clear, has an incredible hoppy aroma, mild hop bitterness and fantastic malty profile. Everyone that I have shared this beer with raves about it and wants more. If you can find them, I recommend dry hopping with whole hops.
